November Update – Ligoneil Improvement Association

The ever resourceful and committed Landmark’s project artist, Kathy Marsh is working with Ligoniel Improvement Association in conjunction with Glenveagh Special School.

They started their project on a field trip in the Belfast Hill’s Thornberry Mews whilst learning the history of the community centre Wolf Hill. The name Wolf Hill originated as the last wolf in Ireland is said to have been shot there by a farmer in 1692. The group created some temporary environmental art pieces that will inspire and feed into the rest of their project.
