The centre, in Broughderg, work to reduce the level of rural and social isolation and deprivation of those on the local area. They offer a range of activities and services and this year we are enabling them to also offer photography workshops with facilitator Gwen Stevenson.
The group is intergenerational. The centre is placed right in the centre of an ‘Area of Outstanding Beauty’ so we are very much looking forward to an exhibition of their photos.
The centre also promotes local tourism and the photos that will remain displayed in the centre will be doing this exact thing as they show off the areas beauty.
