It’s great to have Whiterock Community Centre in Belfast back with us again this year, working on a photography project, after singing their hearts out on a song writing music making project last year.
The centre’s aim is to educate and help children and young people through art and play and our facilitator John Baucher (aka Moochin Photoman) is having fun helping them do that. John has travelled all over the world taking photographs and is helping the group to see their local area and history with new eyes. Once trained in photography skills they hit Belfast to discover the changing forms of murals that are on display across the communities. They will create a story of positive change through these images that will be on show at the exhibition in the centre.
