At the PICAS conference on Friday 6th March, a panel discussion “Making it Policy – Equality and Cultural Rights” saw Ed Carrol from Blue Drum, Finnoula Walsh from the Arts Council of Northern Ireland, Dr Robbie McVeigh and Conor Shields Chief Executive of Community Arts Partnership discussed questions around Interculturalism and policy.
