On Thursday 28th January took place the exhibition preview of ‘Creativity CAPtured’ at the Island Arts Centre, in Lisburn.
During the evening, artists, participants and the audience had the chance to enjoy some of the artworks created by 10 CAP groups from the Lisburn & Castlereagh area. There was also time for poetry reading.
All the works showcased in the exhibition were developed during this year as part of CAP core’s programme and in multi-disciplinary art forms, such as writing, visual arts, film…
The 10 groups are:
Knockmore Community Association.
Atlas Centre.
Ballinderry War Memorial Hall.
Killynure House.
Bilingual Youth Project.
Moneyreagh & District Community Association.
Outlook Creative Writing Group.
Lisburn Downtown Centre.
Carryduff Playcare Centre.
Glenavy Youth Project.
The exhibition runs until Monday 29th February.
