This project was facilitated by Stephen Reid, a filmmaker from Ballymena.
This was a joint project between 7th Ballymena (All Saints) Scout Group and 1st Broughshane (St Patrick’s) Scout Group.
Over several weeks a group of up to 25 participated in filmmaking workshops – storyboarding, scripting, learning how to use the cameras, lights and sound equipment. Headed up by Stephen they went out to the local areas on a 2 day film shoot to capture this beautiful piece which tells the story of St. Patrick’s arrival in Ireland.
