Community Arts Partnership are pleased to present the culmination of the 2020/2021 Poetry in Motion Schools programme: a celebration of the poems created by the participating schools. Pupils read their poems and the winner of the Seamus Heaney Award for Achievement is announced. CAP is delighted at the success of the programme this year in these difficult times.
Because of the restrictions imposed by COVID, it was necessary to create a digital programme, in which CAP’s poet facilitators were able to offer poetry workshops by video.
Thanks to all involved, poet facilitators, young poets in school and teachers, for their commitment to the programme.
