Michael Wilson is a national award-winning published performance poet. His writing is a balance of light and shade. He is a multi-national slam finalist and winner of several slams, including Cheltenham Lit UK slam and Belfast Book Festival slam the Belfast Book Festival slam. He was a finalist in the BBC Radio 4 Slam, and the Ireland Slam Final.
His first one-person show, and book were performed during a full run at the Edinburgh Fringe, gaining a five star review from Bouquets and Brickbats.
