I’m delighted to congratulate the Array studio collective for their Turner Prize achievement. The spirit and energy of their artwork, it’s playful questioning of our society and the folding in of progressive social activism, is a triumph.
It underlines the powerful artistry that we have here and with it, the responsibility that many within our cultural sector share – that the arts can enable us all to see beyond and imagine different possibilities for our corner of the world.
