The SXS group at Hope House, Ballymena. Facilitator Carole Kane. The theme is “Keepsake” and the members are making small reminders or keepsakes in memory of the centre coordinator, Lorraine McAllister who passed away earlier this year. Lorraine was also a friend to CAP.
Participants include these and other ladies and some teenagers who were also friends of Lorraine’s. Some people have made up to three pieces: one to keep themselves, one to give away and one to include in the collective piece for Hope House.
Their artwork will be presented together as part of the close of the project in the next few weeks.
