The results of a recent client satisfaction survey by Social Market Research (SMR) have provided Arts Council Northern Ireland with a welcome opportunity to evaluate how ACNI could improve processes and services provided to the arts sector in Northern Ireland.
Based on the survey’s findings, the Arts Council is already implementing a number of changes to deliver services better or differently.
