Vona Groarke has been announced as the tenth Ireland Professor of Poetry, by the Ireland Chair of Poetry Trust. She will take over from Professor Paul Muldoon and her position will run from September 2025 to November 2028.
As part of her role, Vona will undertake workshops, readings, outreach work and a lecture at three universities.
