Celebrate the Spring Equinox with a deeply immersive Sound Spa Experience at Portico, where sound, space, and seasonal balance merge.
The Spring Equinox marks a moment of balance between light and dark, a natural pause point to reset, restore, and gently welcome the energy of the new season. This specially curated Sound Spa experience is designed to support relaxation, reflection, and renewal through the power of sound.
The session will take place across two levels of Portico, offering a unique and inclusive way to experience the sound within this resonant space. There will be pew bathing on the ground floor, additional floor space at the front of the venue for lying down, and a small number of lying-down spaces in the upper gallery, alongside seated options. This allows participants to choose the position that feels most comfortable and supportive.
This Spring Equinox gathering offers a rare opportunity to slow down, tune in, and reconnect – both with yourself and with the rhythm of the season.
