ACNI will host a celebratory event to showcase projects which have received funding through the Rural Engagement Arts Programme, within 2025-2026 funding period. This showcase will highlight Rural Arts and provide Rural Arts organisations and artists opportunities for wider collaboration, partnership engagement and development opportunities and connections with Local Authorities, decision makers.
The REAP Showcase will be hosted within Mid & East Antrim Borough Council, at the Market Yard.
We would really appreciate it if you would distribute this EoI to artists involved in ACNI REAP projects and invite them to apply. There will be limited spaces to exhibit, especially depending on work shown. Each organisation/artist will be required to set up their own work on the day, with the Showcase duration being one day. The Arts Council has a small budget to assist with the showcasing of work.
Once expression of interest has been received, projects will be reviewed and moderated by ACNI, to include eligibility and deciding factors such as:
i) You have been a beneficiary of REAP funding.
ii) Your chosen artform for the REAP Showcase will be suitable for the host venue.
Artists will be provided with a day rate of £200 towards their time, and reasonable travel expenses to exhibit (mileage or public transport costs) by invoice following the event.
