Cultural Policy Observatory Ireland (CPOI) – Resource for Arts Practitioners

A new resource for those practitioners, researchers, and policymakers engaging in arts, culture and creative spheres of activity: the Cultural Policy Observatory Ireland (CPOI), available at www.culturalpolicyireland.org

Cultural Policy Observatory Ireland (CPOI) is a network that brings together researchers, practitioners, students, and policymakers to exchange knowledge, build connections, and influence the evolving field of cultural policymaking, the study of its delivery at all levels (organisational, local, national) and its effects on wider cultural and creative practices on and about the island of Ireland.

CPOI is designed as an accessible hub for insights, analysis, and research related to cultural policy on the island of Ireland. Of particular note:

The Activities section – highlights initiatives and events that present new research, and workshops, seminars, conferences, and further opportunities to engage with current policy debates and sector developments. We are continually updating the online calendar to showcase upcoming events and provide a space for colleagues to share and promote their own activities.

The Research section – offers a growing collection of studies, reports, and analysis, supporting evidence-based practice and policy development.

You can also Join the JiscMail – list where CPOI make any announcements from colleagues or about new postings on the website. Please feel free to share updates, calls, questions or resources with the wider community. to keep up with announcements, opportunities and new content.
