Dérive | Mia Stewart at Belfast Print Workshop – 2 (opening) to 22 Apr

“Derive is a step into a journey through the urban landscapes of Belfast. Inspired by Guy Debord and the Situationist International (1956–72), Mia works through processes of détournement, cut-up, collage, montage, and juxtaposition to fracture official narratives and curated memories, creating space for new encounters and relationships to emerge.

Working across disciplines, Mia’s practice currently centres on screenprinting and monoprinting, reworking urban imagery by removing and replacing elements to shift and manipulate meaning.”

  • Opening: 2 April, 6-9pm
  • Cotton Court 30-42, Waring Street, Belfast, BT1 2ED
