Cavan Arts Festival has recently published an open call for a Freelance Evaluator for Lifelong Learning Carnival School (2026–2028), a 30-month cross-community project supported by PEACEPLUS.
We are particularly interested in hearing from evaluators with experience in community arts, participatory practice, or socially engaged research, including those based in Northern Ireland given the cross-border nature of the project.
The role will involve designing and delivering an evaluation framework, engaging with project participants and stakeholders, and producing a final report on impact and outcomes.
Fee: €10,000 (inclusive of all costs)
