As part of the development of Adult Day Services in Camphill Community Glencraig, the Team Leader will enable residents and day attendees to pursue a valued lifestyle by supporting them with personal care as well as with social, emotional, spiritual and daily activity needs.
The Team Leader will provide the highest possible standard of support to adults and day attendees by providing meaningful day activities within a caring therapeutic environment, focusing and further developing activities through Arts and Crafts. As well as supporting health and well-being of all individuals, development of skills, enhancing independence, choices and rights in a person-centered way, upholding holistic approach, values and the Camphill Ethos.
