ART EXHIBITION, SALE and FESTIVAL

Newtownbreda Presbyterian Church on the Ormeau Road has held a major art exhibition and sale for the past number of years. This year, our hall wll display over 300 works of art in a variety of media – watercolour, oil, acrylic, pastel etc – ranging in price from £20 to £4000+. It offers aspiring artists an opportunity to display their work in a bright spacious hall and has become a well established and popular community event.
The exhibition and sale is open on Thursday 18 and Friday 19 June from 2.00-8.30pm and on Saturday 20 from 10.30am – 3.00pm. The entrance fee is £5, which includes a catalogue and refreshments. Come along and have a look!
This year, we are extending our programme to form A Week of Art, Creativity and Faith. This will include a poetry evening (Friday 19), a poetry workshop (Saturday 20), a special Arts Service (Sunday morning 21) and an evening of contemplation in image and word, Visio Divina (Sunday evening 21).
All these events are free.
