“We are hosting an information session* on Wednesday 29th July 2026, for individual artists of all disciplines and all types of working practice from minority ethnic and migrant backgrounds who are interested in applying to our Creative Progression Scheme.”
The Creative Progression Scheme, formerly known as the Minority Ethnic Artists Mentoring and Residency Scheme, aims to support the artistic development, skills development, and career progression for artists and creative practitioners who self-identify as having a minority ethnic background and/or are migrant, across all career stages.
The session will provide an opportunity to learn more about the scheme and to speak with Arts Council Officers from across artforms.
