This exhibition, by visual artist, Karen Hamilton, translates the intangible phenomenon of light—the force that enables us to see and engage with our environment—into tangible woven textiles. Showcasing work developed throughout the artist’s undergraduate degree and new experimental weaving, Hamilton explores the characteristics of light, both artistically through colour and form, and scientifically.
