All In Gateway Coordinator – closing 22 Oct

All In is a new disabled-led access scheme being collaboratively developed by the 5 national Arts Councils of the UK and Ireland.

It seeks to improve the experiences of D/deaf, disabled and neurodivergent audiences at cultural venues through the creation of a centralised access registration. Audience members create a profile that includes their access requirements that can then be shared with all All In participant organisations. This reduces the need to repeatedly disclose access needs to different venues, or to have multiple access profiles.

University of Atypical for Arts and Disability is managing the delivery of the initial pilot of All In in Northern Ireland on behalf of the Arts Council of Northern Ireland. The pilot will run until the end of March 2027.

The All In Gateway Coordinator will oversee local consultation with prospective users of the scheme; guide creation of digital and audiovisual resources to publicise All In to the wider public in Northern Ireland; recruit a cohort of pilot organisations and guide them through the pilot; collaborate with the wider University of Atypical team on marketing, communications, finance, reporting, and delivery of the pilot; synthesise and report findings to the Atypical team, the Arts Council of Northern Ireland, and All In Central.

This is limited-term, part-time role of 20 hours per week. The salary is £14,000 annually pro rata for 20 hours per week (£28,000 full time equivalent).

The role will continue until the end of March 2027, in line with the nature of the pilot.

The deadline for submitting completed applications is Thursday 22 October 2026 at 4:00 pm.
