Volunteer registration is now OPEN for Outburst Queer Arts Festival running 12 – 21 November 2026
Outburst volunteers are a vital part of the team and help us to keep the festival wheels spinning to full effect. From welcoming audiences to staffing merch tables, room set ups to running out to the shop for an emergency missing prop, generally it’s good fun too, getting to meet new people in the gang and looking dapper in an Outburst volunteer t-shirt.
So if you’re up for it and available during the festival / run-up to the festival, fill in the short registration form below, before 12 noon on Thursday 8th October.
Outburst Volunteer Application Form 2026
Mandatory volunteer training will take place on Monday 26th October in Belfast city centre at 18:30.
You must be 18 or over and available for at least 2 shifts within the festival. Local knowledge is very useful in the role, so we prioritise volunteers living in Belfast.
Your T-shirt awaits.
