A warm and welcoming session bringing older people together over a cup of tea to share cherished memories, stories, and fond musical favourites. Combining nostalgic sing-alongs, live music, poems, storytelling and informal conversation, it provides a supportive, uplifting environment that promotes emotional well-being, stimulates reminiscence, and helps build lasting local friendships.
