Together We Dance is a new, free 10-week social dance programme designed for parents and carers of autistic children and young people.
Funded by the Public Health Agency, the sessions offer a supportive, beginner-friendly space to de-stress, connect with others, and enjoy movement and music. No dance experience needed – just come as you are.
Participants can choose from two Monday evening class times.

- August 2025 – October 2025
- Mondays, 6.00–7.00pm or 7.00–8.00pm
- Adults 18yrs+
