The Arts Council / An Chomhairle Ealaíon and the Arts Council of Northern Ireland (ACNI) are delighted to announce a new Shared Island Touring Scheme valued at €2 million over 5 years. The Shared Island Touring Scheme will be delivered by the Arts Council and ACNI through to 2030.
Through targeted investment and partnerships the Arts Council, in partnership with ACNI, can directly support island-wide creative partnerships with an investment to increase access to the Touring of Work Scheme to arts organisations and venues in Northern Ireland, encouraging dialogue, shared understanding and cultural exchange.
€200,000 is allocated for 2026 and €450,000 allocated per year from 2027 – 2030 with a total budget of 2 million euro.
